Welcome to Central Coast Aquarium Care (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website https://centralcoastaquariumcare.com and our aquarium maintenance services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
Central Coast Aquarium Care provides aquarium maintenance, cleaning, setup, aquascaping, and related services. Services may be performed at residential, commercial, or office locations within our service area.
All services must be scheduled in advance.
Pricing is based on tank size, complexity, frequency of visits, and agreed add-ons.
Emergency visits may incur additional fees.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if unsafe conditions or nonpayment occur.
Provide safe access to the aquarium, water, and electricity during scheduled visits.
Notify us of any sensitive livestock or equipment before service.
Maintain proper equipment unless otherwise contracted.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Recurring contracts may be billed monthly.
Late payments may result in suspension of service.
Services may be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.
While we use professional care, aquariums are complex ecosystems. Central Coast Aquarium Care is not liable for losses due to equipment failure, power outages, pre-existing conditions, or natural livestock mortality beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their property.
